I get asked this question so many times, and I know it’s rhetorical, but here’s my answer anyway:
well, most of the men lasses are attracted to are, because they’re confident… the rest of the male species want to care for just one lass, be there for her.. whenever she’s upset, he’ll be there, and when she laughs, he’ll laugh too… but as he’s ashamed to admit that’s the way he feels about her because he knows that any lass isn’t going to be attracted to a “sissy”, so that naturally makes the guy scared he’d be accused of being gay (because his worst fear is for that one lass he REALLY cares about to think he’s a puff!)… thus he is forced to a life of celibacy, and never get the chance to be with that one lass who’s right for him… but can only watch her get torn apart by some evil bastard who doesn’t deserve someone as wonderful as her in the first place! All the while wishing he could have just done something about it, to make her see, there are better guys who love girls as people, not objects.. But he knows if he tries to be more confident towards her, she is just going to think he’s just like all the others and reject him! These lads will also agree with you, when you say “men, they’re bastards!”
